The Oratorical contest was held last week with E.F. Rittmueller and List Elementary school 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders. The theme was Unite for Good. The participating students presented their essays to their peers, parents, and three local judges. 1st and 2nd place winners from each grade received a monetary award. They demonstrated that not only are they great speakers but they also understand how much good can be accomplished when we work together. We can feel very confident these future leaders are making this world a better place. The Frankenmuth Morning Rotary sponsors this event in May every year and it is held at the List Elementary Library.
